LS15 Remove Daytime Haze

This mod reduces daytime haze (that blue curtain all over). This does not completely remove haze but reduces it a lot, but still long distance shows slight blue haze. There is small change of haze at 8:30 when script kicks on but should not be big problem and you will see it only if you look to far distance same time. This mod does not remove morning fog, wanted to keep it… Rain fog is gone because rain comes randomly and I don’t have skills to stop script at that time. Script starts at 8:30 and haze is gone at 9:00.
