FS22 Tree Nursery

In this nursery, seedlings can be grown from seeds.
Optionally, manure and herbicides can be added as bossters, which increases the yield.
The appearance of the nursery changes every 3 months, simulating the growth of the seedlings.

Production costs: $120 /month

Input: 25 seeds (mandatory), 50 manure (optional boost +100%) and 10 herbicide (optional boost +50%)
Output: 1 seedling (without booster)
