Relocates the „Vehicle Schema” to any corner of the screen.

[Keyboard Inputs]:
*Toggle the Help Menu (F1) to update position after using the following:
– „right ctrl” + „0” = Top Left (Original Position)
– „right ctrl” + „1” = Top Right
– „right ctrl” + „2” = Bottom Right
– „right ctrl” + „3” = Bottom Left
