LS25 Special Multi-colored Cow Barn V1.0.0.2

V1.0.0.2 I have revised the mod, various things, texture and icons update.

I have modified the standard Special Cow Stable so that it is multi-colorable.
With permission of ThundRFS I used the FS25_TH_PlaceableDesignKitmod to also make sure the solar panels can be used.
