LS25 Garage from Elmcreek V1.0.0.1

V1.0.0.1 I have revised the mod, various things, texture and icons update.

A reconversion of the Elmcreek garage.
I made 4 versions.
1st as garage version without props and gates.
2nd as garage version with gates added without props
3rd as workshop without gates with props
4th as workshop with gates and props
