Variable spreading width for fertilizer/manure spreaders

-The working width can be adjusted in steps of 1m.
(Default: press left „shift key” and „keypad +” or „keypad -„)

-Hold down the buttons if you want to make bigger steps.

-Working widths from 12m to 50m (ferzilizer spreader) and 12m to 24m (manure spreader which can spread over 12m!) are possible.

-The consumption of fertilizer/manure adapts to working widths.

-The buttons can be used freely in the Options menu.
