FS25 Special Cow Stable Multi-colored V1.0.0.1

Due to update of the FS25_TH_PlaceableDesignKit mod. I had to adjust the xmls, apologies
So there is a version 1.0.0.1

I have modified the standard Special Cow Stable so that it is multi-colorable.
With permission of ThundRFS I used the FS25_TH_PlaceableDesignKitmod to also make sure the solar panels can be used.
