LS15 John Deere 6620 (v0.8)

After many requests and because of my inactivity i’ll release this JohnDeere 6620.

Tractor is not final yet. Has few functions and isn’t washable yet. But it works correctly. It could have a small log error (but not vital) fixes will be done in a V1.
